LeagueSync Rules & Requirements

1. Eligibility

• Must be 18+ and be in an eligible location.
• Must have account verification completed. Information provided must match a government-issued ID.
• Location sharing must be enabled on your device to play.

2. Contest Entry Rules

• Entries are graded on your fantasy roster at the time of contest submission.
• Changes made in your fantasy app after submitting an entry will not be reflected in Verse.
• Instant entries will be voided if:

• Any roster spot is missing.
• A player is inactive, on bye, already injured*, or has no projected score.
• *Injury after kickoff will not result in voiding.

• Instant entries with odds above +1500 are prohibited.
• Matchups cannot be entered if:

• The league hasn't been refreshed within the past 10 minutes.
• It is during restricted periods:

• Thursday Night Football
• Sunday 1:00 PM ET – 7:00 PM ET
• Sunday Night Football
• After Monday Night Football kickoff

• Entries made during restricted periods (including due to bugs) will be voided and may result in account restrictions.

3. Market & Scoring Integrity

• Leagues with unusual or exploitable scoring that manipulate projected outcomes are subject to entry voiding.
• Verse may void any entry for suspicious activity, projection manipulation, settings abuse, fraud, or any other reason necessary to maintain fairness.

4. Fees

• Entry fees are non-refundable.
• Winning entries incur a 5% transaction fee (displayed on the contest entry page and contest history).

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposited funds must be played through at least once before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals:

• Max 1 per 24 hours.
• Manually reviewed.
• Incorrect or unverifiable banking details may result in forfeiture.
• Winnings exceeding $600 net annually require a 1099-MISC form.
• Promo funds & VerseCoin are non-withdrawable.

• Deposits:

• Must use a payment method in your name.
• Cannot use the same payment method for multiple accounts.
• Chargebacks or uncollectible deposits will result in forfeiture of winnings and possible negative balance owed.

6. Promo Funds

• Granted for placing entries; not withdrawable or combinable with real money.
• Must be played through before converting to withdrawable credit.
• Abuse of bonuses will result in account deactivation.
• Verse determines promo eligibility at its sole discretion.

7. General Disclaimers

• All Verse app activity must comply with the Verse Terms of Service.
• Verse reserves the right to void any entry, contest, or transaction for any reason deemed necessary for fairness or compliance.

Verse Prediction Game – Rules & Requirements

1. Overview

• Free-to-play, sweepstakes-based prediction contests on real-world events spanning sports, politics, entertainment, finance, and more.
• Players make Yes/No predictions on individual markets or combine multiple picks (2–8 selections) into multi-pick entries—all must be correct to win.
• Uses virtual currencies—VerseCoin (earned/purchased, no cash value) and VerseCash (promotional, earned via engagement, may be redeemable upon meeting criteria).
• No real-money wagers; fully compliant with sweepstakes and gaming laws.

2. Entry & Gameplay

• Select an event and submit Yes/No predictions per market.
• Multi-pick slips allow bundling 2–8 markets; the entry wins only if all picks are correct.
• Unlimited entries allowed; each placed separately using VerseCoin or VerseCash.
• Entries must be submitted before market cut-off; no changes allowed after submission.

3. Currency Rules

VerseCoin:

• Earned daily, purchasable in-app, or rewarded via quests/promotions.
• Cannot be redeemed for money.

VerseCash:

• Earned only through engagement, promotions, or incidental rewards from VerseCoin purchases.
• Must be played through 1x before eligible for prize redemption.
• Minimum redemption for sweepstakes prizes: $50 equivalent.
• Cannot be purchased directly or transferred.

4. Prizes & Payouts

• Prizes are fixed and predetermined based on market odds at entry time.
• VerseCoin entries pay out additional VerseCoin.
• VerseCash entries pay out additional VerseCash (no direct cash unless redeemed per sweepstakes eligibility).

5. Earning Rewards

Verse Quests:

• Account Creation Quest: 100 VerseCoin + 1 VerseCash for verified new accounts.
• Daily Quest: Complete 5 featured predictions in 24 hours to earn 0.10 VerseCash.
• Seasonal/milestone quests may offer additional rewards.
• All VerseCash rewards are promotional and optional to earn.

6. Market Resolution

• Each market has clear criteria and trusted data sources listed before entry.
• Results verified using official sources (e.g., AP, ESPN, government agencies).
• Disputes can be submitted to support for review.
• If an event cannot be resolved, entries may be voided or resolution delayed.
• Final outcomes and data sources are displayed in-app after resolution for transparency.
• Verse maintains the absolute authority to resolve markets to the best of ability. All resolutions are final.
• Should there be an error, bug, technical problem, data error, or any other legitimate reason for a resolution to occur against the best practices established by Verse, Verse maintains authority to modify resolutions retroactively.

7. Eligibility & Compliance

• No purchase necessary to play sweepstakes contests.
• Must be 18+ (21+ in some states) and located in eligible jurisdictions.
• All play subject to Verse Gaming Inc. Terms & Conditions.
• Players must comply with all platform rules; violations may lead to voided entries or account restrictions.
