- Communication Data: Customer support inquiries, feedback, survey responses, marketing preferences.
- Social & Referral Data: Referral codes, social handles you voluntarily provide, leaderboard presence.
- Cookies & Tracking Data: Analytics, attribution, and advertising pixels from third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, TikTok Pixel).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Verify eligibility for sweepstakes and comply with location restrictions.

- Fantasy Platforms: Only with your authorization, to import league data. Verse never shares your login credentials.

- With Consent: For leaderboard display, social sharing, or marketing partnerships you opt into.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your Privacy Choices
- Access & Updates: Update account details in-app.
- Deletion: Request deletion in-app or by emailing support@versegaming.com. Deletion permanently removes your VerseCoins, VerseCash, and sweepstakes entries.
- Data Portability: You may request a copy of your data in portable format.
- Marketing Opt-Out: Opt out of emails via unsubscribe links. Disable push or SMS notifications via device settings or by following opt-out instructions.
- Cookies/Tracking: Disable cookies through browser settings or limit ad tracking in your device.
6. Sweepstakes Currency & Data
- VerseCoins: Entertainment-only virtual currency with no monetary value.
- VerseCash: Promotional sweepstakes entries usable for prizes. Bonus VerseCash may accompany VerseCoin purchases.
- No Purchase Necessary: Always available through free methods of entry.

7. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained for the life of the account plus up to 2 years after closure.
- Transaction Data: Retained up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
- Inactive Accounts: May be deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption, secure storage, access controls) to protect data. However, no system is perfectly secure.
Verse is not responsible for breaches caused by third parties outside of our reasonable control (e.g., fantasy platforms, hosting providers, app stores). You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are for individuals 18 or older. If we learn we have collected data from anyone under 18, we will immediately delete the account and related information.
10. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under U.S. state privacy laws (CA, VA, CO, CT, UT), including:

Any disputes related to this Privacy Policy are subject to the Arbitration & Governing Law provisions of our Terms of Service. Arbitration will occur in Delaware.
