NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL SWEEPSTAKES ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Sweepstakes are void in U.S. territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands) and in any state where sweepstakes are prohibited or restricted by law.
- Additionally, entries are void in: Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington.
- Employees, officers, and directors of Verse Gaming, Inc., its affiliates, advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) are not eligible.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
Sweepstakes promotions run continuously within the Verse app unless otherwise specified. Individual contests may begin and end at times posted in-app. All entries must be received during the posted entry period.
4. HOW TO ENTER
You may enter using VerseCash, the promotional sweepstakes currency, as follows:
(a) Bonus with VerseCoin Purchases
Purchasing VerseCoins (virtual currency with no monetary value) may include a bonus allotment of VerseCash. VerseCoins are for entertainment use only and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.
(b) Free Daily Claims
Free VerseCash may be distributed to players via daily logins, promotional drops, streaks, referrals, or other in-app events.
(c) Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE")
You may obtain VerseCash without purchase by mailing a legibly handwritten request to:

Each request must include:
- Full name
- Complete mailing address
- Valid email address associated with your Verse account
- Date of birth
- The handwritten phrase: "VerseCash Sweepstakes Entry"
AMOE requests must be postmarked during the sweepstakes period and received within 7 days thereafter. Limit one request per outer envelope. Each valid request will be fulfilled with the standard VerseCash bonus amount available to new players.
5. ENTRY CONDITIONS
- Each use of VerseCash to participate in a contest, prediction, or other eligible activity constitutes an entry.
- Limitations: Verse may set maximum numbers of daily entries per user. Multiple accounts or automated entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and the outcome of the applicable contest.
6. PRIZES
- Prizes will be displayed in-app prior to entry. They may include cash, gift cards, merchandise, or other rewards.
- Approximate retail value ("ARV") will be disclosed where required.
- Maximum Aggregate Prize Payout: Verse reserves the right to cap aggregate payouts for any single sweepstakes promotion.
- No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted, except at Verse's sole discretion.
- Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to complete and return a W-9 form and may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
- Potential winners will be notified via the Verse app and/or the email associated with their account.
- Winners may be required to verify eligibility, complete affidavits of eligibility, and provide proof of identity.
- If a potential winner does not respond within 7 days, refuses verification, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.
8. DISQUALIFICATION
Verse may disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false information or multiple accounts.
- Uses automated systems, bots, or scripts.
- Attempts to tamper with sweepstakes operation or circumvent rules.
- Misrepresents location or eligibility (e.g., VPN use).
- Engages in fraud, collusion, or abusive conduct.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Verse and its affiliates are not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.
- Technical malfunctions, network failures, bugs, or errors of any kind.
- "Obvious Errors" (including incorrect odds, duplicate entries, or software glitches). Verse may void or cancel entries affected by such errors.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verse's liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, you grant Verse the right to use your name, username, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Verse may cancel, suspend, or modify sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
- These Rules are subject to Verse's Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.
13. DISPUTES
All disputes will be resolved under the Arbitration & Governing Law provisions of Verse's Terms of Service. Arbitration will occur in Delaware.
